Man what is up with me and not being able to get around to xanga?  This semester has been so busy it's like there has been hardly anytime to stop and write a little summary of the week's events.  There has been so much going on too.

First off, I AM 21!!!!!!!!!!!!  That’s right I turned 21 on October 31.  It was seemed to be an above average day with people constantly asking what I was going to be doing for that night.  As soon as I got off work early I rushed to my car to head over for my new license only to find it dead again. (I really need to get a new car!!!!!)  So I had to call my grandmother to come pick me up and take me to the license branch.  Later on I was able to start my car, so I decided to curse around The Haute to the various alcohol venders.  lol   I did buy some stuff which I will talk about soon.  That night seventeen of my friends came with me to Garfield's to celebrate my birthday.  It was a really good time to have all those people around.  Caitlin bought me a Bahama Mama (my first legal drink), Ryan bought me a shot of Tequila, Brett gave me money to cover another shot I took called a Redheaded Slut, and I bought myself some coffee drink that was alcoholic.  All those and I wasn't at all tipsy.  I may have looked bad but I wasn't.  When we got back to the dorms Chris, Kyle, Caitlin, Andi, and I cracked open the alcohol I had gotten previous.  We each had a Smirnoff, and the shots of Jack Daniels started.  I had about 6 double shots of Jack, and before that we tried making Jack-n-Cokes.  Let's just say I remember parts of the rest of that night, but not good enough to tell what all happened.  I went to bed early that night and had my first hang over that next morning.  I skipped my first class; that is how bad it was.

Other than that night I have just been living one busy day after another.  I have been wrestling with issues in my head, and with school.  But I am sure things will come to pass.

Woo.  That was a long summary.  Well I'll end it here.  I hope everyone is doing well.  I hope everyone's classes are going alright.  See ya'll l8er.

Hey there everyone.  It has been along time since anyone has updated their xanga including me.  Man so much has gone on since the last time I posted something.  Lets see…

Cover Bridge festival was a couple of weeks ago.  It is probably the best thing in all of Indiana in October, beside my birthday.  lol  I had so much festival food.  I know I gained somewhere between 5 to 10 pounds just in that one afternoon.  I got so much stuff: 3 packs of Jerky for $10, 6 or 7 sati-babis (meat-on-a-stick), cheesy fries, 3 lemon shake-ups, a mug of root beer, a bag of kettle corn, a little block of pumpkin pie fudge, and my most favorite of all - my new Chicago Bears blanket.  It was a good day.

Speaking of da Bears; I almost caused them to lose their first game on their Monday night football game.  Chris was so mad that he shut me out of his and Kyle's room.  For the rest of the night I sat typing one of my papers with anything on my TV but the game.  And guess what happened?  The Bears came back to win the game.  I hate my curse!

Last weekend was Homecoming '06.  We actually won!!!!  It was a great time.  Chris, though, really needs to kiss some major butt so he can actually play instead of defending our team's sideline.  Check out my pics on facebook.  Besides winning and being there to support Chris, the best part of that day was watching all the drunks in the stands and seeing our team celebrate in a massive huddle after the game.

It is getting closer and closer to my birthday, and I am feeling ecstatic.  I know awhile back I said that I wasn't looking forward to my birthday just because I can drink, but to be with my friends; well, that has changed.  I can't wait for it to come.  I want to be able to drink and be with my friends.  I have no intentions on drinking until I am "shitfaced", but if that does happen I hope it will happen on the weekend and that my friends will be there to help me get around.

Well I am going to wrap this one up.  I hope everyone is doing alright.  See ya'll l8er.

Man I need to update...

School For Scoundrels is freakin' awesome.  I saw it with Erynn, Caitlin, and Kyle, and I got to say I pretty much enjoyed it a lot.  I could really see myself as the main character.  I need to start actting like they were being taught in that movie, then maybe I will get a girlfriend.

Well that is it for now.  Got to go...see ya'll around.

12 Days til my 21st!!!!!!!!

Hey ya'll I thought I would update this thing since I am bored here at work.  I don't know what all to say.  Nothing much has happened around here for awhile.  I did go to the dentist on Monday, and passed the checkup with flying colors.  Yesterday was the biggest day so far, there was reportedly a large group of my friends that watched Ryan and Brett on the Price is Right up on the 7th floor.  I really wish I could have been there with everyone but my freakin' math teacher had us scheduled to take our first test, which I have no clue how I did.  And then last night Eric came into town to visit Kyle.  It was a fun night listening to them play music, watching Anchorman, and dising on Kyle.  I think us ISU people bagged on Kyle more than Eric probably ever has…lol  Sorry Kyle.

Yesterday was also a bad day in the sense that the girl I like in one of my classes was clearly being hit on by some other dude.  I don't even know who this one guy is but I nickname him "the jock guy" because everyday he is in the front court showing off his racquetball skills.  I hate him when I don't even know him, and I can tell he wants to get together with the girl I like.  I am to the point of giving up; if she wants to go out with a guy like that, that probably just wants to get in her pants (I don't know if he does or not but it is a safe bet), I wont stop her because I have no right to.  He has acted first when I am too much of a coward to even say one word to her.  It is just lately the subject of Love has come up in a lot of classes and in my daily life; I thought maybe it was a sign that things are going to start turning around.  Evidently not.

Oh well.  Sorry to end this on such a sad and depressing note.  Sorry again Kyle.  You know we just playin' around with ya.  I hope ya'll are doing alright.  I'll talk to ya'll l8er.

Hey ya'll.  Time for another update.  So does anyone feel as is they are slipping away from their studies?  I have noticed that my interest in studying has greatly diminished since school started.  I have been so busy lately and it doesn't seem like it.  Everyday there is some scheduled in my life: work, working out, dinner, meetings,…; it seems to never stop.  And the bad thing is everything is so spread out that I have no real time to work on homework before I have to get up and leave.  I know I have been spending a lot of time hanging with Kyle, Chris, and the gang, but I hope I don't have to give that up.

Still nothing happening in the girlfriend department.  I wish that would change, but you all know that by now.  There is someone in one of my classes I have a huge crush on, but sadly I don't think I will ever muster the gust to talk to her.  She is beyond beauty, and she is way out of my social status to ask her out.  Knowing that, is it bad that I still have a crush on her?  In my World Mythology class we have been watching a series of documentaries of this one guy name Joseph Campbell.  The movies would be great if I could make any cense out of what he is talking about.  lol  But in today's class he said something that I never really thought of before, "Follow your bliss, what makes you happy, and it will lead you to living a blissful life."  Maybe if I started following things in my life that are blissful things will change to make me feel my life is more pleasing.  And maybe as I live more this way, more things/people will come into my life making it even more pleasurable, like a girlfriend.  Who knows?

I have suddenly come to the conclusion that I am too overly excited about my birthday coming soon.  I mean yes my 21st birthday is something I have looked forward to for a long time, but I know I wont be drinking and partying hard after that day comes to pass.  I just kind of want to put this out as a disclaimer, I will never become a heavy partier, alcoholic, or drunken bum.  In fact after a couple of time I will more than likely go back to just drinking water at a restaurant and a coke at someone's house.

Okay so this has been a weird post.  Then again I am weird.  lol  Mario Kart is resurging as a force that is consuming everyone that knows me.  I, however, am the best at it no matter what one gaming session says.  Oh yeah before I forget, last weekend was awesome.  I was able to get to the ISU football game, where I took a lot of pictures of Chris.  Ya'll should check them out on Facebook.  Brett came from Ball State to hang out.  A group of eight of us went to play putt-putt (where Kyle had to have cheated,  lol), and when we came back Caitlin let us all have some of her pumpkin pie (yummm).  Then everyone had the craziest idea to run through the fountain.

Alright that’s it.  Talk to ya'll l8er.  Bye.
